Holden Jackaroo Turbo Change 4JX1

Hey Guys,

Another video is up and this time we visit the world of turbochargers. I found driving home the other week that my turbo was getting super noisy.

Upon inspection, I found the compressor wheel had excessive movement and it was time for a change out.

Grab a coffee and take a seat for our next adventure.

Motorcycle Cylinder Clean With Hydrochloric Acid

Hey Guys,

Today’s video is something new to me and it will be interesting to see how well it goes. I have a YZ 250f cylinder that has aluminium inclusion from when the piston has grabbed and left aluminium stuck to the side of the cylinder.

Hydrochloric acid is used to eat away at the aluminium that is stuck to the cylinder wall and also at the same time not affect the Nikisal coating on the wall of the cylinder.

Join me as we attempt to remove piston inclusion from a YZ 250f cylinder with hydrochloric acid.

Onga Pool Pump Rebuild

Hey, Guys welcome to another project. Today we will be removing and rebuilding our Onga LTP pool pump. The shaft seal has failed and contaminated the bearing. The pool pump parts are cheap and the pumps can be rebuilt multiple times.

Purchased the rebuild kit from –
https://poolandspawarehouse.com.au/onga-pantera-ppp-550-750-1100-1500-seal-kit-800583k-pool-pump-spare-part.html

The bearings I got from a local bearing company. 1 x 6202 and 1 x 6204

Baumr-AG 92cc Chinese Chainsaw Review

New video up.

Today’s video is a little different as we are unboxing a new Chinese chainsaw from Baumr-Ag.

The saw is a 92cc saw and it will be interesting to see if my $159.00 AUD purchase can perform to a high standard.

We did, however, run into a small problem as they supplied the wrong gauge chain causing it to bind up when assembled.

Join me as we unbox, assemble and test this chainsaw.

Painting Plastics (Toyota Celica)

New video guys. Today I go through the steps for painting plastic interior parts out of an old 1995 Toyota Celica.

Now I am very new to this painting scene and hopped on to Youtube and found a fellow Aussie content creator “Custom Spray Mods” he has a heap of videos about his craft of spray painting and so I sat down and learned how to go about resurrecting the dash panels out of the old Toyota Celica.

Come along for the ride and see what sort of a mess I get myself into.

$5 Junkyard Leaf Blower

I finally get around to dropping a new video. In this video I go through how I go about diagnosing and repairing a leaf blower that I picked up from the Recycle Centre at my local Tip for $5.

There is a lot of these small machines that get thrown on the scrap heap just because it won’t start or it leaks fuel. It is more convenient and less stress for people to just throw it out and purchase a new one.

Join me as we go through trying to resurrect this machine from the throwout pile.

Will It Run?
